Made with a blend of stoneground and roller milled organic wheat flours, the stoneground wheat gives the bread flavour and the whiter roller milled flour adds good body. The bread has an overall light sourdough flavour with a gentle mouth feel. The Dench Bakers House White is great for toasting or sandwich making.
